Reasons behind why people play small. Causes of imposter syndrome – internal (limiting thoughts, bringing up etc) and external (toxic environment, discrimination etc)
What can one do to step out of imposter syndrome

Sarah was a guest speaker on Stephanie Mann’s podcast “Safe Kids Now”, discussing how to overcome imposter syndrome, her own experience & creating empowerment for a kid in 5 minutes. Remember when you were a kid, and the difference a teacher, a neighbor or a friend made in your life with one kind word, a gesture or even a flash of a smile during a hard time?
You can change someone’s life in a moment.
As we go into the holiday, carry that knowledge with you.
It takes 5 minutes or less to empower someone who needed it.
