My mission to help women find success and happiness while overcoming imposter syndrome. This started when I was super young (and didn’t know it)!
My mom became a single parent with an infant and toddler, and had to spring into action. As latch-key kids, we were often alone after school until the next morning. Typical Gen-X really.
After college, I excitedly moved to Los Angeles, just in time to experience an earthquake destroying my apartment with me inside. Fortunately, I escaped but this became the pivotal moment that changed my life. It was an experience that demanded a soul-searching, personal development journey to rediscover myself and reclaim my power and purpose.
I studied Wayne Dyer, Cheryl Richardson, and every psychology, personal development and leadership book I could get my hands on (or cassette tape in those days!).
Through my 20s, I started a women’s group just like I had at Bard College years before. I mentored many young women like me, but I didn’t know coaching was a lucrative profession! FINALLY I felt the urge to follow my heart-and-soul-mission and get coach training (training is listed below). With coaching and mentoring, I get to live my dream, and keep my promise to support others’ monumental shifts to level up their work, shine in life and never be stopped by limiting beliefs.
I care deeply about women’s challenges at work and life. A support system, a coach, and ally can make an enormous difference. Have you, or are you facing a challenge that could be made better with coaching?
