My mission is to help women play full out, find success and total happiness while overcoming imposter syndrome. My own journey started when I was very young.
My mom became a single parent with an infant and toddler, and had to go to work. As Gen-X latch-key kids, we were often alone after school until the next morning. Typical Gen-X stuff playing with fire etc.
After college in New York, I moved to Los Angeles, just in time for an earthquake to destroy my apartment with my roommate and me inside. Fortunately, we escaped but honestly this became a pivotal moment of reckoning that changed my life. I went on a soul-searching, personal development journey to rediscover, reclaim and reinvent my sense of power and purpose.
Inspired by Wayne Dyer, Cheryl Richardson, and countless resources on psychology, personal development, and leadership, I immersed myself in every book and cassette tape I could find.
In my 20s, mentoring young women became a natural extension of my passion. I started a women’s group much like the one I had formed at Bard College years earlier. At that time, I didn’t yet realize coaching could become a fulfilling profession. FINALLY I felt the urge to follow my heart-and-soul-mission and get coach training (training is listed below). With coaching and mentoring, I get to live my dream, and keep my promise to support others’ monumental shifts to level up their work, shine in life and never be stopped by limiting beliefs.

She is the Past President of the International Coach Federation, Los Angeles Chapter, and an ICF-certified coach, with the designation of PCC (Professional Certified Coach).
As a Leadership Coach, Sarah specializes in empowering leaders to influence, innovate, and collaborate by utilizing their own authentic style. Prior to Coaching, Sarah was the General Manager of two Los Angeles large live theaters and an outdoor venue bringing theatre to Broadway and from Broadway to Los Angeles. She oversaw a team of creatives and technicians raising productions with Hollywood and NY Talent, Directors, Producers, and Performers. Now she coaches leaders, artists, and teams to implement their vision and become the biggest version of themselves in reality.
When she is not coaching, Sarah loves hiking with her dog Ibby, and taking photos especially while traveling the globe.
