Facilitator: Sarah Khambatta is an ICF-certified leadership and life coach for women, with the designation of PCC (professional certified coach). 

She is the Past President of the International Coach Federation, Los Angeles Chapter.

As the founder of Dreams Transform Reality Coaching, Sarah specializes in empowering women to overcome imposter syndrome and develop their abilities while being recognized for them.  She coaches women leaders to influence, innovate, and collaborate by utilizing their own authentic style.

Her Leadership Coaching Training at Accomplishment Coaching, ORSC (Organizational Relationships Systems Coaching) and many other programs create a basis for her methodologies.

Sarah’s clients range from Executives and Managers to Creatives at companies such as Amazon, Google, Instacart, Salesforce, Deutsch Los Angeles, PMK•BNC, Vladimir Jones, Venables Bell & Partners, Goodby, Silverstein and Partners, Astellas Pharma Cancer Research, Merck Animal Health and Wells Fargo.

Sarah also works with coaches and consultants with tools and skills to become stronger coaches.

She coaches her clients to create powerful relationships, turn challenges into opportunities with compassion and confidence, becoming true leaders in their own lives. Her clients have results such as communicating and collaborating with ease, negotiating offers for raises or bonuses they previously let slip by, increasing their company’s net worth by inventing new company-wide procedures, and booming in their own dream business.

Prior to Coaching, Sarah was the General Manager of two of Los Angeles’ largest live theaters and an outdoor venue bringing theatre to Broadway and from Broadway to Los Angeles. She was in charge of creative productions with Hollywood and NY Talent while collaborating with Directors, Producers, and Performers.  Now she coaches leaders, artists, and teams to implement their vision and become the biggest version of themselves in reality.

When she is not coaching, Sarah expresses her creativity with photography and poetry especially while traveling the globe.  Usually, she reads about three books a month, incorporating new learnings, skills, and insights. Additionally, she enjoys biking, hiking and doing yoga like all other healthy socal residents.
